Aegis San Rafael is a stunning building and it's clear every element has been thoughtfully designed. Everyone I've interreacted with is professional and attentive, but I want to give a special shout out to Lorna Lopez. She is responsive, attentive and flexible to accommodate prospective residents. She's a delight to work.

Aegis San Rafael is a brand-new assisted living and memory care community unlike any other. It is a stunning property that feels more like a five-star hotel in an exotic destination than a care facility. From the tasteful décor to the fine dining, it is world-class in every way. Rabah, the General Manager, brings extraordinary leadership with a warm, positive, and truly can-do attitude. His energy is contagious and has fostered a remarkably supportive, friendly, and dedicated team. Most of all, the memory care neighborhood is exceptionally beautiful. It has its own dining room and community space that opens onto a spacious, sun-filled terrace. The first time I saw it, I cried because I had never imagined that there could be a memory care setting where I could see my husband living at. He has been there for two months, and the support we've received has exceeded my expectations.

Aegis San Rafael is truly a special place. The staff here are absolutely amazing kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of everyone in the community. A special shoutout to the General Manager Rabaj, who consistently goes above and beyond to make things happen and turn possibilities into realities. You can really feel the leadership, care, and dedication in everything they do. It’s more than just a residence It’s a warm, supportive, and uplifting community. I’m grateful to see such a high level of compassion, teamwork, and heart in one place. Highly recommend!

We moved my mother to the new Aegis Living San Rafael at the end of October from another facility in San Rafael and could not have been happier with the care my mother received. Rabah is amazing and worthy of all the praise he gets as a problem solver and "can do" person. His team is competent, thoughtful, and empathetic, which is key to providing quality care. My family and I all highly recommend Rabah and his team and only wish we could have moved my mother to Aegis San Rafael earlier.

I moved my father in recently and we simply could not be happier! Rabbah, the on-site GM, is attentive, organized and very accommodating. He goes above a beyond to make sure the residents are happy and comfortable. The staff from personal care giver, med-tech, nurses and activity coordinator are kind, professional and patient. The restaurant, smoothie bar are restaurant quality dining concentrating on everything in season and freshly cooked meals to your order. And I must mention the ambience, every design detail has been well thought out and my father is thrilled to host visitors. There’s a spa, beauty parlor and movie room. Every week they have live music and a wide range of activities everyday. Do you pay for this quality, yes. If that’s what you’re looking for this is your place!
