Aegis Assisted Living of Napa

My 87-year-old mother has been living at Aegis Living in Napa for the past two years, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the residents - it’s clear they go above and beyond each day. The level of care has been outstanding, giving our family real peace of mind. The community itself is always clean, bright, and cheerful, and my mother’s apartment is both comfortable and well-maintained. One of the things she enjoys most is the variety of activities offered. They really make an effort to keep residents engaged, social, and having fun, which has made such a positive difference in her quality of life. We feel so fortunate to have found Aegis Living Napa. It has truly been a fantastic experience for our family.

I have the privilege of visiting a client at Aegis Assisted Living each week, and every time I walk through the doors, I am greeted with kindness. The staff makes you feel like you’re receiving a big hug the moment they see you. What stands out most is the caring attitude extends to everyone—from the housekeeping staff and maintenance team to the caregivers and management. The residents are treated with such respect, and compassion. It is clear that the staff truly cares about the people who live there and takes pride in providing excellent care. Having spent so much time at Aegis, I can honestly say that if the day ever comes when I need to place a loved one in an assisted living facility, Aegis would be my first choice. The kindness and care shown by everyone there is truly amazing.

My grandma has been living at Aegis Living Napa for a couple of years now. As her care needs increased, our family reached a point where we could no longer provide the level of assistance she needed at home. We toured several assisted living communities in the area, but we fell in love with Aegis because it truly felt like a home. The community is warm and welcoming, and it’s nice to see residents and families getting to know one another. The staff are passionate about what they do—from the concierge team, nurses, med techs, caregivers, servers, housekeeping, and activities staff. Everyone has always treated my grandma with kindness and respect. The General Manager, Paul, is very welcoming and accommodating, and the directors and supervisors do a great job leading their teams. Communication with families is excellent, whether it’s updates about medications, changes in condition, or other important concerns. Most importantly, my grandma is happy, comfortable, and well cared for at Aegis. Knowing she is in good hands gives our family great peace of mind.

There is a warm and welcoming feeling right when you walk in the door at Aegis Living Napa and this continues throughout all the staff. After Mom left her home of 70+ years, she felt 'at home' from the moment she walked through the door. I have no worries about her getting her medications or being reminded of meals and activities. She is treated with respect and kindness always. She is happy and it gives me great comfort to know she is being taken care of so well.

I'm a professional singer and it's truly a joy to sing at Aegis Napa each month. Working with Trevor in Activities is a pleasure! Each month's show has a theme and he fully decorates and gives out costume accessories, appetizers and drinks to all. Everyone seems so happy and has a great time. The staff is warm and friendly, a really good vibe.
