Excellent facility with kind, caring staff and managed by ethical and fair people. The price is very competitive, while they still are focused on care and compassion!

In walked in to see about a tour and was extremely disappointed by what I saw. caregivers were sitting on their phones while residents appeared to need attention. I also noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from caregiver I spoke with that notified me I had to come back when management was there.

My mom moved in during the ownership transition in November, and although there were some early challenges, the new team has made tremendous improvements. Many of the recent negative reviews seem to come from former employees who are no longer there, and they don’t reflect the care and stability we see today. The current leadership and staff at Chapters Living of Alpharetta are kind, attentive, and truly committed to the residents’ well‑being.
Response from the owner
Thank you Lisa. We’re so glad to hear that you’ve seen meaningful improvements since the ownership transition and that our current leadership and team have earned your trust. Our residents’ well-being, comfort, and sense of community are at the heart of what we do, and your kind words mean a great deal to our entire team. We truly appreciate your support and are grateful to have your mom as part of the Chapters Living of Alpharetta community.

Families are getting their loved ones out of this building. Six move-outs in one month should raise serious questions, especially when people are leaving because of concerns about the lack of care. What’s even more concerning is that management doesn’t appear to be doing anything to address the situation. It feels like the well-being of the residents simply isn’t a priority. This isn’t just about poor service—it’s about the safety and well-being of residents. Do not send your family members there.

The staff is very aggressive and unprofessional. Facility is always understaffed.
