I surely hope residents and their families are treated more professionally than vendors by this business. I have repeatedly left phone messages and sent emails requesting responses only to receive NO response whatsoever...this gives the impression of being ignored and disrespected. I realize that I am not providing this business the money their residents and families do, but I expect courtesy and professionalism including timely responses to my inquiries. Greatly disappointing.

While I work with many communities across San Antonio, Adante Senior Living consistently stands out. From a professional perspective, it’s one of the communities I feel confident recommending to families. The environment is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the level of care and attention residents receive. Brenda Harper is a big part of what makes Adante so special. She genuinely has a heart for seniors and for the families navigating these important decisions. That compassion shows in the way residents are cared for every day. I would absolutely continue to refer families here with confidence.

I’ve been visiting Adante Memory Care Pathways and I’m impressed! They have a beautiful atmosphere and the residents look so happy and well taken care of. All the workers in this section are fantastic and caring. It’s clean and doesn’t smell. It’s always a joy to visit this unit. Keep up the amazing job.
