These people have no consideration at all. I drove about an hour to view the place, only to be told by the girl who was there that she couldn’t show it to me because she was the only one on site what’s the point of being open if Y’all never have someone to give a tour. When I called beforehand, the lack of patience and the attitude I received were honestly unacceptable.

It's finally open. The apartments look GOOD!!!! The manager and the assistant manager are so nice and helpful. I love it.

This place is the worse. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. You cash and never get anyone, or they answer and place you on hold. With that being said, I’ll look elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks

I applied to this property before they opened and submitted a $200 deposit. After going through the motions of when opening day would be for weeks I decided to just refund my deposit to look for properties elsewhere. On the 8th of July I requested a refund be mailed to me, now on July 30th I have yet to receive said refund and they are giving me the run around about if they’ve even requested it from their financial department let alone had it mailed to me at all. Legally they can not keep my deposit as I will not be renting with them so the appropriate thing would be to fully refund said deposit. Since I gave them a money order promptly and followed all necessary instructions I do not understand why these people are essentially refusing to give me back MY money.
