Very shading business practices. Tracey the owner is very unprofessional and did not return deposit as promised after client moved after three weeks. Frivolous charged to eat up the deposit and failed to return rightfully. Be very careful when sending your loved ones here! Take videos and photos of everything before move in and move out.
