About
A Place Called Home operates 10 small residential care homes across Clovis and Fresno, California, founded in June 2012 on the principle that senior care should feel like a loving home, not an institution. The organization offers assisted living, dementia and memory care, Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's care, and hospice support with a 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio and registered nurse availability 24/7.

Really amazing service! My mom has been here for a little under a year now. The staff are extremely compassionate, and are very open to understanding the individual needs of care required for each of their residents. The staff are always inquiring if they can strive to do better to meet the residents needs. The facility is amazing too, with it's open concept design in the living room and kitchen to the individual rooms. It does not feel like other nursing care facilities. I'm really happy with APCH and their staff.

We moved my mom here a month ago. It has been a huge upgrade in the care and attention that she gets. The facility is beautiful, safe and clean. That staff has been very helpful and they always ask what else they can do for her.
