1440 by the Bay

Visiting this community was a great experience, we are just starting to look for a place for our grand-mother and we were pleasantly surprised by how much these people care for their Residents, Paulina the sales director, was very helpful and put us at ease for such a gigantic step to entrust our Nana in a new place… money is an issue, and the rent seems affordable at 1400. My Nana is 88 and mentally there and it will be good for her to socialize and re connect with people. She is very lonely and her arthritis has limited her activities… food looked great and we specially liked the activities the residents were participating, really gave us hope to see our Nana living again with other people of her age. Safety is a priority for us, and it was good to know that there is 24hrs staff, that checks on Residents. overall our minds are so changed by the staff at 1400, we will bring her over for a visit and hopefully a stay at this community! Great experience with Paulina, the Staff, and the Residents at 1440. This place, is a 5 gold stars!!! Lisa.

I had a wonderful tour with Paulina. What an amazing place with such affordable Assisted Living options. Beautiful intentional spaces from worship room to the gorgeous rooftop gardens. Looking for a loved one I highly suggest 1440 by the Bay and ask for Paulina!

My grandmother stayed in memory care at 1440 by the Bay for a month while our family was away on vacation, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, attentive, and made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout her stay. Having her there gave our family tremendous peace of mind, and she truly enjoyed her time there. We’re very grateful for the support and highly recommend 1440 by the Bay for memory care respite stays.
